All invoices are due within thirty (30) days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5% or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. Veltrovan Security LLP reserves the right to suspend services for accounts in arrears.
All methodologies, tools, frameworks, and work product developed by Veltrovan Security LLP remain the proprietary intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stipulated in a written agreement. You receive a limited license to use such materials solely for the purposes specified in your SOW.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during the engagement, including security vulnerabilities, system configurations, and proprietary data. This obligation shall survive termination of the agreement for a period of three (3) years or as required by applicable law.
